[In September 2018] Apple launched the new Apple Books app which replaces the existing iBooks app. The launch of the new app is exciting as it reflects Apple’s commitment to ebooks and audiobooks. As part of the launch, Apple is offering a higher Apple Books affiliate commission rate to some authors through the Apple Books Author Program. If you sell your books on Apple and you don’t have an affiliate account with them, now is a good time to get one.
